All products sold by New Skin Oasis are purchased directly from manufacturer and can be validated as authentic by contacting manufacturer, by stating item was purchased through New Skin Oasis, and by providing lot number printed on bottom of product box.

Shipping Policy: In-stock orders received by 4:00 P.M. EST will be shipped same day. Special-order products are shipped within 3-5 working days, unless backordered by manufacturer. If an item is not in stock, customer will be immediately notified by e-mail and given an estimated date of delivery. Customer has 24 hours to cancel if not acceptable.

Shipping Options:

Cancellation Policy: New Skin Oasis is happy to cancel orders within one week from date of delivery to customer, provided merchandise is returned to us unopened and without damage to manufacturer’s packaging.

Return Policy: If customer is dissatisfied with a product for any reason, New Skin Oasis gladly refunds price of purchase, excluding shipping charge, provided merchandise is returned within three weeks, only proportionate amount of product has been used, and reason for return is given in writing.
